I don’t always know what triggers will set me off on a sad grief roller coaster orwhen they’ll come. I wish I could always see them coming. I was sorting through the mail tonight and came across the postcard for this event. It was one of our last family outings before he died and all sorts of emotions came as soon as I saw it.
